1999 Cabernet Franc
Rich ruby color and a nose of ripe Bing cherries and violets. Well-balanced with moderate tannins for structure. Grilled game, Gorgonzola cheese and dark chocolate provide excellent pairings.

2001 Pinot NoirFlavors of cherry and raspberry are balanced by crisp acidity and gentle tannins from moderate use of new Hungarian Oak. Food pairings range from Pork Loin with a Pinot Noir/Raspberry reduction to Duck Leg Confit with Tart Cherry Relish.
